Among the offerings, attendees can explore "Exploring Online Health Resources," learning to navigate sites like MedlinePlus for reliable health information, and "Finding Money-Saving Programs Online," which guides participants in locating free and low-cost services for food and utilities. Additionally, sessions like "YouTube" and "Reddit at a Glance" will introduce participants to popular online platforms for entertainment and information. Health-focused classes include "Exploring RX Drug Resources Online" with Anameris Sasso, teaching how to compare prescription prices and access trustworthy drug information, and "MyChart," an overview of the digital portal for managing health records. Participants can also attend "Digital Tools for Brain Health" to discover technology's role in mental engagement.
